Analysis of the Influence of Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Plantation and Livestock Service of East Aceh Regency

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the East Aceh Regency Plantation and Livestock Office. The research method used a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 4.840 > t-table of 1.664 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings indicate that an increase in work motivation will be followed by a real improvement in employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of leaders' attention to motivational aspects such as the provision of responsibility, recognition of achievements, and opportunities for self-development as a strategy to improve employee performance.
